About Us

Founded by entrepreneur and executive sales director Gordon McAlpine, The Sales Club is the first exclusive sales community for Sales Directors.

As founding director of fast growth technology company, BigHand, and head of its sales organisation, Gordon McAlpine experienced a distinct lack of support and resources specifically for executive-level sales directors. His thirst for knowledge and networking to improve the performance of sales in his own organisation led him to set up The Sales Club in 2009, following the successful sale of BigHand.

Members of The Sales Club can now enjoy belonging to an elite group of high performing Sales Directors, browsing member-only and executive-level resources designed to improve sales performance, and networking at the quarterly Supper Club events and the intensive two-day flagship development programme, Sales Excellence.

All applications will be reviewed before processing with members accepted who meet the following criteria. Members must have:

    •    Ultimate responsibility for sales in their business, or large division/unit

    •    Management responsibility for a sizeable team of sales people
